Manoj Jaiswal is primarily known for his contributions to food, hospitality, and social work. He is best known as the founder of 21 Downtown, a luxury cafe and restaurant in Bareilly, India. He is considered one of Bareilly's most well-known figures.
Manoj Jaiswal completed his early education from Manohar Bhushan Inter College, Bareilly. After completing his intermediate studies, he enrolled at Bareilly College, Bareilly, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and joined the family business.
